Shipping & Local Delivery
We offer both shipping and local delivery options at checkout.
Local Delivery (Dallas Area)
We offer local delivery within the Dallas area for added convenience. If your address qualifies, this option will appear at checkout.
Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 days after your order is processed. You will be contacted with delivery details once your order is on the way.
For added convenience, same-day local delivery may be available for select Dallas-area orders. A delivery fee will apply and will be shown at checkout.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside of our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Soleil Avenue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
